In response the letter CAPL sent to The Right Honourable Justin Trudeau and the Minister of Environment & Climate Change, Catherine McKenna regarding Pipeline issues, the following response has been received:

that will be of particular interest to the Honourable Catherine McKenna,
Minister of Environment and Climate Change, and the Honourable James
