There is an opportunity for industry representative to “sandbox test” within the ETS Continuations system prior to implementation February 2, 2015.
Four sessions are being held by the ADOE on January 15, 2015 in the computer lab at AMEC:
- 8:30 am – 10:00 am
- 10:30 am – 12:00 pm
- 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm
- 3:00 pm – 4:30 pm
Space is limited to a maximum of 12 people per session. Each session will include a brief overview of the ETS system and samples of offer letters and other items which are not available in this testing. Sandbox testing does not include actual agreement data and will only include the application process – not the full continuation process (e.g., receiving an offer, initiating or concurring to authorization, etc).
In support of implementing this initiative, the ETS E-Continuations modules will be available in early January 2015 and the E-Continuations help desk will also be available on January 5, 2015. It is strongly encouraged to review the ETS training modules prior to attending sandbox testing.
